MEALS

If you have booked to stay at the Convention place premises, the meals are included into the accomodation cost (Friday: lunch, supper. Saturday: breakfast, lunch, supper. Sunday: breakfast).


If you need special meals (vegetarian/vegan/you are lenting etc.) please notice us about it through e-mail: spbconvention2019@gmail.com or please mention it in the registration form


ACCOMODATION

22 euros per night for a bed in a 2 or 3 bed room with a bathroom. Meals are included into the price.

Participation in the convention divided into 2 sums:
  • Registration fee 5 – 15 euros
  • Accommodation + Meal

You can choose just to pay registration payment now and then book accomodation and meals later (please, inform us about your decision in the registration form) or you can choose “All Included variant”.

  • 59 euros – till August 1st (registration, accomodation for 2 nights, meals Friday: lunch, supper. Saturday: breakfast, lunch, supper. Sunday: breakfast)
